Durrafy Ergonomic Office Chair Review 2025 – Is It Worth It?

Assembly Process

It took me around 15 to 20 minutes, give or take, to assemble the chair. The process was straightforward and reminded me a lot of the Ticova Ergonomic Chair, from attaching the base to mounting the headrest.

One small personal preference I’d point out: I think the assembly could be slightly improved if the headrest bracket came pre-attached.

Installing the headrest itself is a quick one-minute job, but having to align and screw in the bracket might be a minor hurdle for someone who isn’t used to putting furniture together.

It’s not difficult by any means, but every little bit of user-friendliness helps, especially for first-time buyers.

That aside, all the tools were included, and the instructions were simple and visual enough that I didn’t need to double-check anything. The screw holes lined up perfectly, which isn’t always a given in this price range.

Design and Build Quality

Sure, it has its compromises, like the basic armrests and the slightly aggressive lumbar support, but for under $90, those are pretty easy to overlook.

Is It Worth It?

Yes, but only if you find it at a discounted price. At full price, the Durrafy Ergonomic Office Chair sits in a crowded field of budget options and doesn’t quite do enough to stand out.

But if you can snag it during a sale or promotion, it quickly transforms into one of the best-value ergonomic chairs out there.
